Kayla is here!!

Kayla flew in yesterday!! Yay!!  We had a fun night at the Raptors game last night eating junk food and watching fireworks, and today we're headed to the pool.  Ive missed her so much!!  I love having my kids together! It helps divert my attention away from the ugliness in this world.  I wish there was no ugly.  I wish ugly would shove its head up its butt and suffocate...

My baby girl came into this world and has had my
heart ever since. I love you boo...

So blessed...

As my own beautiful daughter celebrates her 19th birthday, I am sad to know that a little boy at Cole's school, Dylan Shaw, lost his battle with cancer on Tuesday.  He was only 9 years old.  He was diagnosed in March, and died four months later.  His neighborhood paid a beautiful and thoughtful tribute to his family by lining the streets and entrances with balloons and streamers this weekend.  Every single house.  I thank God every single day that I am blessed to be able to hear my kids voices one more time.  Every second we have with each other is a gift.  I love you all and thank God for my wonderful husband, my two kids by birth, and I thank him for blessing me with two more to love.  I am so grateful for my beautiful life, and so grateful to know that it doesn't end when our time on Earth is through...

Made it home, to an empty house..

Missing my kids now.  Kenzie's working, Kayla moved, Kambrees at camp, and now Coles going for a midnight ride around Antelope Island and for a sleepover with Grandma and Grandpa White.  Blah, Im here alone.  I miss everyone.... All I have are all these stupid animals somebody keeps bringing home.... And a disgusting earwig invasion.  Time to call the Orkin man.  YUCK!!!! Our whole street has been invaded!  Mack will be home in a week and a half.  Time to start thinking about moving to Oregon, me thinks... Oh, and came home to an awesome huge pan of brownies thanks to Kenzie.  Nice treat after a long drive!! Thanks Kenz!

sad day...

We had to say goodbye this morning....hated it.  I cried until I remembered that I was leaving Boardman, then I perked up a tiny little bit.  We made that trip in 8 hours.  The kids were troopers, we only made three quick stops the whole way.  Didnt even have snacks in the car.  I think we were all tired of Boardman... On that note, Cole and I will be driving back there on Friday...Because I love my honey so much.   :)
